Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for Bungalows/Chalets
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival is free of charge. If you cancel the reservation, the deposit paid will be retained but can be used for another year.
- For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations within 2 days before arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for the booked days not used.
